Call in La Plata: Techint will incorporate students or graduates of Engineering, Economics and Systems

The Techint Group reported that it is on a tour of different cities in the interior of the country with the aim of summoning 400 young students and recent graduates to participate in the Summer Educational Practices and the Young Professionals Program.

The call in La Plata will be open from October 4 to 10. The presentation will be online on October 21, and the information will be sent by email to applicants who have previously applied and been selected.

Throughout the tour, more than 400 profiles will be selected for the Techint Group companies. For those who live far from the company’s locations, the proposal includes a relocation package that includes accommodation, transportation and per diem.

The search It is aimed at those university students who have passed at least 50% of the subjects or graduated from the following careers: Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineer, Electronic Engineer, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer; Systems; Business Administration and Accountant.

To apply, you must enter, filter by the keyword “PEV” or “JP”, and select the location where you would like to apply. Once you have applied and if your profile matches the requirements, the recruitment team will contact you to start the selection process.

The proposal seeks to give the first kick of the work career of young people, encouraging them to improve themselves and providing them with spaces for action ”, commented Lara Lascurain, Manager of Talent Management of the Techint Group.

The Summer Educational Internships (PEV) have a duration of three months, from January to March, they are paid and during their course, the applicants carry out a specific project with assigned tasks and responsibilities, which will professionally complement their academic training, and allow them to experience the practice of the theoretical knowledge acquired during your studies.

During the induction to the program, young people will have the opportunity to learn more about the Techint Group, the companies that comprise it, its plants, fields and / or projects and the sectors to which they belong. They will learn about the peculiarities of the world of steel, energy (conventional and unconventional), and engineering and construction. Each intern will be accompanied throughout the process by a tutor.

The Young Professionals (JP) Program is aimed at recent graduates or students in their last year of study, who are looking for an effective incorporation. It is a strategic tool designed to guarantee the development of professionals with the potential to become the future leaders of the Techint Group companies, with a global presence and great challenges.
