Available since October 25, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is finally ready to roll out its first update, completely free. Available for all platforms, it will expand the title of two new maps and a game mode well known to fans.
A multiplayer map, a new Ground War map, and Hardpoint mode are added to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare today, at an unspecified time. The announcement is published on Activision's Twitter account, revealing two images.
Entitled Shoot House, the multiplayer map will host teams in a 6v6 mode. Krovnik Farmland has the look of a rural town, and will be an exclusive Ground War card. The title will also witness the return of the Hardpoint multiplayer game mode. The goal is to hang on as long as possible to these hardpoints, while the opposing team will try to take over.
As stated yesterday, the player will also benefit from numerous patches, including changes in footsteps, which players complained about. A rebalancing of claymores and some weapons, as well as fixes on the system of challenges are also expected.
