Carlos Correa goes from being a listed free agent to being out of MLB 2022 indefinitely


The new Minnesota Twins player suffered an accident during the game against the Baltimore Orioles and will be sidelined until further notice.

The turns of life are incredible, and proof of this is the Puerto Rican Carlos Correawho went from being the most sought-after free agent in the entire Major League Baseball (MLB) to now be out of the parks indefinitely, as a player of Minnesota Twins.

After passing through Houston Astros of six seasons, where he won a World Series and won every possible trophy as a player, the shortstop had been followed by teams like New York Yankees o Los Angeles Dodgersbut the work stoppage of almost three months ended up compromising his future.

Finally, Correa arrived at the Twins for three years, in exchange for a salary of $105 million dollarsand with his experience he has led the team to lead the American League Central Division; however, in the most recent game, against Baltimore Oriolescompromised its continuity in MLB 2022.

In the upper part of the seventh inning, the Puerto Rican was hit by a ball from Bryan Bakerwhich resulted in a nondisplaced fracture in the bone of the middle finger of the right handand according to several journalistic reports, will be out of action indefinitely.

So far this MLB season, Correa has played 24 games, in which he records a batting line of .255/.320/.692, adding two home runs and 11 RBIswith 12 runs scored and 24 hits.
