Chancellor of Education attends return to the classroom in NYC

This Monday, face-to-face classes began in some schools in the city.

These are pre-kindergarten programs and campuses that specialize in students with special needs.

The reopening, in phases, comes amid strong pressure from educators, who call for more security before returning to in-person teaching.
