Charleroi: the good Samaritan who helps a lady, scoop of the closed prison

This Thursday, the Charleroi Criminal Court sentenced Mohamed B. The young man was sentenced to two years in prison for being caught in the middle of a heroin deal with a client in downtown Charleroi.

Despite the police findings and the statement of the client who confirmed having bought a heroin pellet from the dealer, Mohamed swore he had “gave the lady money to help her”, taking on the role of Good Samaritan. But substitute Bouilliez did not believe Mohamed’s statements. The public prosecutor had requested the sentence pronounced by the criminal court.
