‘Cholesterol’ is the villain; Five things to note

Cholesterol levels need to be checked to ensure proper heart health. A normal level of LDL cholesterol is less than 100, while a cholesterol level greater than 130 means a person has high cholesterol. It can cause various heart related diseases. Consuming soluble fiber can lower cholesterol levels and reduce its absorption into the bloodstream. Pears, apples, beans, and oats contain soluble fiber.
