City of Göttingen – Advent children’s reading with picture book cinema on December 4th

Events in the city library:

The Göttingen City Library invites all children up to the age of 6 to a reading with a picture book cinema on Saturday, December 4, 2021, 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. In the Thomas-Buergenthal-Haus, Gotmarstrasse 8, Helen Ploch reads from the picture book “Ralf-Rüdiger – a reindeer seeks Christmas” by Christian Seltmann. Admission is free.

In the story, the reindeer Ralf-Rüdiger is looking for Christmas. He didn’t come across it at home, but maybe he’ll find it in the glittering city of skyscrapers, where everything can be bought? Or maybe in the cozy hut of Reindeer Regina, between homemade cookies and beautifully knitted hoof warmers?
