II.2.4) Description of services:
The Services mainly consist of maintaining a level of cleanliness and hygiene in the various CEA premises and the elements that compose them.
The Basic Services due under this contract include the following services:
– Keeping the premises in a perfect state of cleanliness and hygiene:
o cleaning of tertiary premises, laboratories, radiological risk areas, dust control areas, hospital area,
o selective grouping of conventional waste up to collection points designated by the CEA,
o management of various consumables such as the management of dressing airlocks, the distribution and collection of clean room clothing,
o cleaning of all windows (interior, exterior) of buildings and blinds,
– Control of services:
o self-control and associated traceability by field of activity,
o participation in contradictory checks on services,
o participation in audits by field of activity.
– Administrative monitoring of services
Additional services include:
– exceptional cleaning services,
– special recurring work,
– the supply of devices for dispensing soap, paper towels and toilet paper as well as the supply and provision of the consumables concerned,
– the supply and management of the “feminine hygiene” equipment park,
– supply, cleaning and installation of absorbent mats at the entrance to buildings,
– supply and maintenance of water fountains and associated consumables.
