Coca-Cola Christmas Truck Tour dates are set - when will it be near you this year?

The Coca-Cola Christmas truck is one of the UK's most famous traditions every year.

The famous Red Van and The Holidays Are Coming will host the eighth tour this weekend.

The first time in 1995, the real tour since 2013 appeared throughout the country.

But where does it stop first and how long does the tour last?

This year, the Coca-Cola Transporter will visit 24 destinations on 38 days, starting November 9 in Glasgow.

It will then travel to a number of destinations including Exeter, Cardiff, Bristol, Manchester and London.

The last tour will be on December 16th and end in Croydon.

British visiting sites receive a free can of 150 ml Coca-Cola zero sugar, Diet Coke or Original Coca-Cola.

To cope with the growing problem of plastic waste, they will also use recycling containers in the area as part of their "World without Waste" security.

They hope to be able to recycle a bottle or can for every bottle sold by 2030 if they tackle the controversial issue.

The Coca Cola car has covered more than 737,000 miles since its first journey eight years ago.

This includes 397 stations, including a marriage proposal in Winchester and a personal visit to a previous winner.

Many may not know that the graphics for the ads were originally created by Industrial Light and Magic, the team behind the effects for Star Wars movies.

Coca-Cola fans can follow the journey on Twitter by following #HolidaysAreComing.
