They condemned his actions for donating a property to the council union without the consent of the neighbors
In a video that was shared on social networks, neighbors of the Yaqui neighborhood criticized the former municipal president of Colima, Leoncio Morán, for donating a piece of land in this neighborhood to the Unión y Armonía union, without even consulting the neighborhood.
They condemned that when he was municipal president, Leoncio Morán, in a council session, donated this property without even consulting the neighbors, so they will defend this space so that it is used for a purpose that benefits the community.
In the video, neighbors are shown with banners, denouncing the actions of the then municipal president, Leoncio Morán Sánchez.
They indicated that Leoncio Morán as mayor went to plant trees on the property and then, in the dark, in a session of Cabildo Locho Morán and his council arbitrarily authorized the dispossession.
They assured that this land belongs to them and they have taken care of it, that the builder told them at the time that it was a green area and that they meet there, for which they condemned the then mayor’s attitude for appropriating something that does not belong to him.
