Companies are ignoring state financial injections

Only a fraction of the 600 billion euros that the federal government is making available to large companies as part of its special fund has so far been accessed – by Lufthansa, TUI, FTI, Berge & Meer and Trendtours, among others. More than 100 companies have expressed their interest, but only 17 companies have gone through the approval process to date. One reason is, among other things, high interest rates on the loans.
