We wanted to understand a little better the phenomenon of drug trafficking in the agglomeration of Dijon. Its issues, its rules, its prices, and the responses provided by the police. On the front line on these questions, the police officers of the PJ (judicial police) of Dijon and in particular the OFAST (Anti-Narcotics Office), who, every day, find themselves confronted with the reality and the harshness of these “companies” with the rules so special.
We were able to spend time with the investigators to better understand their work. Tell a little, but not too much because there is no question of revealing investigative secrets…
