Because of vaccinations and a relatively large number of corona infections this autumn and winter “the degree of immunization in the population (…) very high”. That is why the state government is adapting the Corona rules.
Where is it no longer compulsory to wear a mask?
From February 1st, in NRW– Local transport (public buses and trains) no longer wear a mask. A day later, from February 2, long-distance traffic (ICE, ICFlixbus etc.) the mask requirement.
