The Ministry of Health released the figures of the advance of the new coronavirus pandemic in Mexico, at the end of July 1:

  • 28 thousand 510 deaths
  • 231 thousand 770 accumulated cases
  • 24 thousand 734 active cases
  • 75 thousand 5 cases classified as suspicious

In Latin America, 57.7 percent of covid-19 cases are concentrated worldwide, which represents a million 318 thousand 454.

Coronavirus cases in Mexico per day

This July 1 were reported 741 new deaths and 5 thousand 681 new cases of covid-19.

The cumulative burden of confirmed cases is 2.5 percent, which is 5,681 new confirmed cases.
