And six! A sixth mobilization against the establishment of the health pass and / or against the vaccine with demonstrations which took place in the main Norman towns, Saturday afternoon.
Several thousand in Rouen
And to start, at Rouen, where the mobilization did not weaken: more than 2,000 people again gathered at the Place du Général-de-Gaulle, in front of the Rouen town hall at the beginning of the afternoon. Singing, clapping and theatrical staging with a front row in white t-shirts starting to move forward, hands behind their backs and heads bowed, like convicts. The procession then began its journey by chanting the usual slogans in particular towards the CHU where a stop was made.

Several hundred in Évreux
About 250 people demonstrated at Évreux, like last week. Yellow vests, caregivers, parents, children, retirees … the profiles of the demonstrators were varied. They chanted ” Freedom ! “, “The health pass, we don’t want it” or sung the Marseillaise. On some signs, we could read slogans in support of Professor Raoult. A protester has created a picnic Facebook page in the Eure to offer shared meals on public roads. “This is the opportunity to eat on the terrace without a pass”, she proclaims.

The demonstration was launched at the initiative of the local committee of reconquest and resistance.
Less than a thousand in Le Havre
“Macron your pass, we don’t want it”, “Liberty”, “Le Havre, stand up, lift yourself up”, “Where there is the pass, we do without” : these are some of the slogans heard in the streets of Havre, interspersed with La Marseillaise and the Chant des partisans. The procession, which left in a fine rain from the square of the town hall, marched through the center of the Porte Océane, gradually expanding until it reached 1,200 to 1,500 people according to the demonstrators, 900 according to the police. Participation in withdrawal from Le Havre compared to previous protest movements against the implementation of the health pass.

Saturday evening, after the demonstration, the anti-pass were to meet at the foot of the Catene, one of the emblematic monuments of the city, for an anti-pass terrace.

Also in Rouen, the Thursday picnics at Place du Vieux-Marché continue.
