Covid-19: Russia joins the countries of the French “red list”

Since June 9, the classification by the government of territories and countries according to their health situation is regularly updated. The French borders are becoming more difficult to cross for travelers arriving from countries where the virus and these most contagious variants circulate too actively, such as in Russia where Moscow, the capital, is facing yet another wave of Covid-19, rather worrying and linked to the Delta variant.

Arriving from a country classified on the “red list” implies: compelling reason, proof of vaccination, various declarations or other quarantine measures. (more information).

As a reminder, here is the latest version of the “red list”: Afghanistan, South Africa, Argentina, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, India, Maldives, Namibia, Nepal, Pakistan, Paraguay, Russia, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, Suriname and Uruguay.
