Blood of any group and rhesus is needed.
If you decide to donate your blood, you should:
* be an adult, over 18 years old,
* be at least 52 kg if you are female and 62 kg if you are male;
permissible limits of hemoglobin level: (125-180 grams/liter for women, 135-188 grams/liter for men).

You should be completely healthy at this point.
