Said program seeks to improve the quality of life of women from 18 to 64 years of age, with invasive breast and/or cervical cancer, caregivers of minors from 0 to 17 years and 11 months, who reside in the state of Michoacán, in order to continue your treatment.
The requirements to access this program are:
1. Being a woman between 18 and 64 years 11 months of age with breast and/or cervical cancer, mother, guardian or caregiver of a minor between 0 and 17 years 11 months.
2. Submit the original Oncological Medical Certificate duly on letterhead, issued by the CEAO or equivalent public health authority, which must contain various specifications.
3. That the applicant be part of the list of people with invasive breast and/or cervical cancer, issued by the CEAO.
4. Simple, legible photostatic copy of current official Identification (IFE or INE, passport or professional card).
5. Copy of the birth certificate containing the CURP.
6. Receive oncological care for breast and/or cervical cancer from the CEAO or from homologous medical units in other States.
7. Proof of not being a beneficiary of the IMSS or ISSSTE.
8. Proof of residence in the State, issued by the municipal authority, according to the address in which the applicant claims to live, prior to the start of the diagnosis of the pathology.
9. Verify the relationship of affinity and the care of the minor.
10. Legible copy of a proof of address with an age of no more than three months.
In this way, all women interested in enrolling in the program are informed that they can go to the Social Development Directorate in the Municipal Presidency, the Integration Center for Social Welfare (CEIBAS) in the La Luz neighborhood, or the Community Development Center (CEDECO) Mirador de San Pablo; so that they participate in the benefits that this program provides for the women of Jacona.
