“Cyclist Fatally Struck by Truck in Toulon Accident”

In conditions that remain unknown for the time being, a truck and a woman riding a bicycle collided at the very beginning at the height of the covered river, a busy axis west of Toulon.

Two ambulances were mobilized, as well as a fire vehicle, an extrication and marking vehicle and a command vehicle, ie fifteen people in total.

Despite the rapid intervention of the emergency services, the cyclist could not be resuscitated and died on the spot.

The two people in the truck, in a state of shock, were taken care of by the emergency services.
