– I also have no doubts that the priority is a greater change of the Constitution for Science (the Law on Higher Education and Science, also known as Law 2.0). The shortcomings of the Constitution for Science have already appeared – said Czarnek, when asked by journalists about his plans.
The head of MEiN said that the assumptions for the changes were developed, inter alia, by the team of prof. Waldemar Paruch, which was established in November last.
A minor amendment will take place in the fall. Greater amendment – including greater transparency of scientific advancement – is coming in the spring of next year. These are the priorities that lie ahead
