Since 1998, Pontault-Combault and the towns which have successively composed its canton with the many redistributions are on the left. And it will remain so for the next six years.

Premiere for Short-Ferjule

Smaïl Djebara and Sara Short-Ferjule (PS) were therefore elected in the canton. For the first named, it is a confirmation. Outgoing candidate, the latter welcomes this news with great pride. “It’s a great victory for the left and for the Republicans,” he says.

Indeed, the socialist binomial has preceded the National gathering (70.95% against 29.05%).

For his part, Sara Short-Ferjule will make its entry for the first time in the departmental assembly. “It’s a great satisfaction for me. It’s a touch of novelty. The local investment and our actions were acclaimed by the voters ”.
