Deporta EU to three wanted fugitives in Mexico


Mexico City-The Office of the Attorney General of the Republic (PGR) received in deportation from the United States two individuals accused of homicide, as well as another person wanted for rape and qualified robbery.

This, in the framework of joint work between the law enforcement areas of both countries, through the Legal and International Affairs Deputy Attorney's Office (SJAI), the PGR said in a statement.

The first defendant, Israel "R", who is required by the authority of Guanajuato, for his probable responsibility in the commission of the crime of homicide.

The SJAI announced that Israel "R" was required because there was an arrest warrant issued by the Single Criminal Court Judge based in Salvatierra, Guanajuato.

The now extradited was guarded and transferred by Agents of the Public Ministry of the Federation attached to the General Directorate of International Procedures, aided by personnel of the Agency of Criminal Investigation assigned to Interpol Mexico, who delivered the custody of the defendant to agents of the Attorney General's Office. The second defendant, Ivan "F", was arrested by elements of the Agency of Criminal Investigation (AIC) after the arrest warrant was issued against him by the Orality Court in Criminal Matters in Mexicali, Baja California, accused of qualified homicide with an advantage, explained the dependence.

The alleged perpetrator was located in the state of Gerogia, who was subsequently deported by the border crossing of Gateway, after the necessary administrative procedures were carried out and this was made available to the corresponding authorities.

The third person, Francisco Javier "D", was also detained by AID personnel in compliance with the arrest warrant issued by the judge of first instance in Criminal Matters of Jiquilpan, Michoacán, for his possible responsibility in the crimes of rape and robbery qualified.

He indicated that the suspect was arrested in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who was similarly deported by the Gateway International Bridge, once the necessary steps had been taken to be made available to the authorities requesting it.
