Legal assistance and advice to elected officials and services

Prior control and/or drafting of legal acts (orders, deliberations, decisions, agreements, etc.)

Management of litigation and pre-litigation, particularly in the environmental field

Development of regulations (cemetery, markets, roads, etc.) and procedures

Administrative management

Organization and management of deliberative assemblies

Organization of the follow-up of the electoral list and the polls

Organization and monitoring of funeral regulations and acts

Public order

Advice and assistance to prescribing services in the assessment and definition of the right need

Choice and implementation of public procurement procedures

Management and monitoring of contract execution


Definition of needs and risk assessment

Insurance policy management

Disaster management

Urban planning – land management

Follow-up of acquisition/transfer procedures and drafting of deeds

Management of the public and private domain of the community

Desired profile

> Desired training and experience related to the position

> Mastering public law and knowledge of private law

> Specializations related to the fields of competence of the services (meetings, public markets (regulations), insurance, litigation, HR, etc.)

> Dynamic, rigorous, organized, ability to anticipate, teamwork

> License B

Compensation and Benefits

> Weekly working time: 37 hours (12 days of RTT)
