Disney + in France on March 31

The war of streaming services will expand as of November 12, Disney + to open in North America and the Netherlands. Unlike the Apple that launched Apple TV + in a hundred countries, Disney has chosen a progressive deployment, also for issues of rights and local legislation (the chronology of the media in France, for example).

As expected, it will be until this spring to see the series, films and other Disney + cartoons in France: the service with big ears just announced a launch in the main European markets on March 31st. The United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain and … France, therefore, will be served today. Disney does not specify the rate, but in the Netherlands the subscription is set at € 6.99. It will also be necessary to inquire about the catalog which will be put at the disposal of the French subscribers, who will wait longer than the others the cinema blockbuster Marvel, Star Wars, Disney and Pixar.

At the same time, and not far from the first wave of launch, Disney and Amazon have finally agreed: the service will be available on the Fire TV platform from November 12, as confirmed by Bob Iger near CNBC. The Fire TV keys that are also a showcase damn good for the content of Apple TV + (when they work).

In addition to Amazon, Disney + will also be available on iOS and tvOS with dedicated applications.
