This Thursday, September 29 marks the start of what the unions – CGT, FO, Solidaires, FSU, Unef and MNL – hope to be “a broad and long-term mobilization” in Côte-d’Or.
Three events in Côte-d’Or
To increase “purchasing power and wages, pensions, scholarships and social minima” and denounce the “incentives for guilt-inducing energy savings”, the trade unions have planned three rallies across the department this Thursday : at 10 a.m. in Seurre (in front of Aldi), in Dijon at 2 p.m., departing from Place de la Liberation, and in Montbard, at 5 p.m., Place Gambetta.
In addition to the disruptions that could be linked to the demonstrations of the day, the movements of public transport users will also be impacted by the strike of part of the staff this Thursday.
In stations, only three out of five regional trains will run on Thursday. For Intercités and TGV, however, traffic will be almost normal. Only a round trip ”Paris / Bourgogne – Franche – Comté” in the evening and a round trip ”Luxembourg / Montpellier” will not be insured.
To Dijonyou will have to make do with a tram every 7 to 8 minutes during the day (and 10 to 15 minutes after 7:30 p.m.) and reduced service frequencies for the Divia network buses.

Schools: an impact difficult to estimate
According to the Snuipp-FSU, the first union of the first degree, nearly 20% of primary school teachers will be on strike in France this Thursday. But strong disparities should exist across the country. Only the figures of the rectorate, which should be published during the day, will make it possible to know if the movement is also followed locally.
In Dijon, the City has set up a tool to find out whether canteens and other extracurricular reception will be open or not this Thursday.
Health: Seurre hospital staff called to demonstrate this Thursday
In Seurre, the CGT Sud Côte-d’Or calls for demonstrations from 10 a.m. in the Aldi market car park, before joining the Dijon procession at 2 p.m., Place de la Liberation, then Place Gambetta de Montbard from 5 p.m. hours.
The unions follow the national demands and add specific demands for the Seurrois hospital center: “Let the brutal management stop, let the unfounded accusations of theft against the agents stop, we want staff in line with the load of work, the reopening of medical beds with the recruitment of state-certified nurses, the retention of thirty long-term care unit beds for a real local hospital, the recruitment in Seurre of two qualified health executives and schedules built with respect for the privacy of agents.
Claims to which the management of the Hospices de Beaune responded, through the voice of François Poher.
