Pain and deep condolences in Biella for the funeral of Dr. Giorgio Falcetto, the 76-year-old surgeon, hit on the head with a hatchet on December 13, following an attack that took place outside the San Donato hospital. His death had affected local and national public opinion.
A white coat was placed over the coffin. Various city authorities, as well as citizens, relatives and former patients were present in the Cathedral for the last farewell.
