The doctors found that night trips to the toilet are not as harmless as it might seem at first glance. It turns out that this is detrimental to health and fraught with heart diseases and a chronic decline in strength.

Doctors warn that nocturia threatens to reduce the level of memorization of information and provokes chronic mood swings, as well as diabetes, metabolic disorders and, as a result, obesity. Sometimes this is accompanied by chronic fatigue and blood diseases. Doctors advise to think about this to those people who get rid of at night from 40% of the daily amount of urine.
