Dominican prospect Julio Rodríguez is promoted to Double A

The Seattle Mariners promoted the Dominican prospect Julio Rodríguez to Double A Arkansas, this was announced by the franchise.

The 20-year-old outfielder got his promotion after posting a .325 / .410 / .581 batting line with six home runs, five stolen bases and 16 extra-base hits in 28 games with High-A Everett.

In addition, the young player contributed to the representation of the Dominican Republic in obtaining the quota for the Tokyo Olympic Games in the playoffs held in Mexico.

His potential is proven by his numbers, but now Rodríguez must show in Double A that he is ready to continue to dazzle with his game.
