Dormzilla, that’s what they call the gigantic student house that the university wants to build in California. Eleven floors high, good for 4,500 students and with a price tag of 1.3 billion euros. But above all: with rooms without windows. An idea from billionaire and amateur architect Charles Munger, the right-hand man of that other billionaire, Warren Buffett.
