DSI Charlevoix encourages the continuation of intervention work with young people

  • Elementary schools in Charlevoix-Est will be able to count on free snacks for the 2021-2022 school year. The project initiated in September 2018 by the Charlevoix-Est Community Assistance Service (SACC) has proved its worth and the DSI is once again associated with this project for an amount of $ 5,000.
  • The Plateau high school called on the SACC to support the school team who want to offer healthy and nutritious snacks to students who do not have adequate food resources on a daily basis in order to allow them to optimize their concentration in class. A financial contribution from the DSI of $ 5,000 is granted to this project.
  • L’Ancrage de l’Isle-aux-Coudres wishes to start a project similar to that of the schools of Charlevoix-Est, namely to offer snacks at the primary school of Isle-aux-Coudres. The CIO will invest $ 2,000 for this project.
