Dua Lipa was sued after posting a paparazzi photo of him

A lawsuit was filed Dua Lipa against after a paparazzi posted a photo of him on Instagram, it emerges from BBC news. According to U.S. court documents, a photo of the singer was taken in February 2019 at an airport, which he shared with his fans four days later, “without permission or authorization”. According to image agency Integral Images, Dua Lipa has benefited a lot from the photo as it acts as a marketing tool to promote his Instagram music. The agency is seeking $ 150,000 (approximately $ 45 million) in damages and a jury trial. The company is also seeking an order to prevent the singer from further violating, and he will also have to bear the legal costs.

Dua Lipa is not the first celebrity to be sued for sharing a paparazzi photo of him. Emily Ratajkowski he wrote an essay last fall about how a book was published behind him with nude photos of him and when he was sued for sharing a picture of a photographer, but Jennifer Lopez, Khloé Kardashian, Ariana Grande and Gigi Hadid has also been involved in legal matters for this reason.
