The actor Octavio Ocana, better known as Benito for his role in the series Neighbors, died this Friday when he was traveling in his truck in the municipality of Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico state.

According to early reports, the actor was shot after police told him to stop and ignore it. Octavio Ocaña was left dead inside a gray truck, while two people who were accompanying him were detained by the authorities.

According to the journalist Carlos Jiménez, “Benito” He was armed, as the authorities found a pistol in the truck. However, other versions suggest that the actor was assaulted by the detainees, who upon seeing the police got into the truck that ended up hitting a fence.
