The defendants’ lawyer stated during the session that “the shameful and scandalous pictures attributed to the girl are real and not fabricated,” claiming that “the girl was the one who photographed herself and exchanged those pictures with the accused,” pointing out that there was a criminal suspicion in her death.

At the same time, the forensic report confirmed the existence of a rupture of the girl’s hymen, but made it clear that he could not be certain that she had been raped.

When the first defendant’s defense discussed the doctor and asked her about the victim’s resistance to rape, she confirmed that she could not determine whether the incident was under duress, while the victim’s lawyer demanded that the accusation of rape under moral coercion be added to the first defendant according to what came in forensic medicine.

The Tanta Criminal Court had held a session today, Tuesday, to try the accused: “A.M.” (17 years), a student, “M.Z” (21 years), a worker, and “A.Y” (20 years), and A.M. (19 years old) is a worker, and A.M. (16 years old) is a student in the second year of secondary school.

The Public Prosecution stated that during the year 2021 in the district of Kafr El-Zayat Center in Gharbia Governorate, the defendants committed several crimes, as they attacked the sanctity of the victim’s private life, and transmitted, without her consent, through social media programs on their mobile devices, photos and videos that violated her privacy, and published them. without her consent.

For his part, the Public Prosecutor, Counselor Hamada Al-Sawy, decided to refer the accused to the Criminal Court for committing the crime of human trafficking and exploiting the victim’s weakness in the face of their threats to publish indecent images attributed to her with the intent of sexually exploiting her and forcing her to engage in indecent acts, accusing some of her indecent assault with force and threat.

The prosecution also attributed to the defendants a threat to the girl by publishing offensive images of her honor, and the threat was accompanied by requests from her, and all of them attacked the sanctity of her private life, and their infringement on family principles and values ​​in Egyptian society using the international information network.
