Keiko Fujimori will not be able to access the electoral lists by polling station. This was established by the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, after declaring inadmissible the appeal of habeas data against the National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE), presented before the Judicial Power.
The Fujimori candidate presented this appeal in order to deliver the lists of people who voted in the second round, with information on signatures and fingerprints.
According to the resolution, Miracles Takayama she did not present any document that accredits her as the legal representative of Fuerza Popular. Likewise, it is indicated that the demand must have the signature of the plaintiff; however, this was presented in a digital, whose link when entering indicates that this is not valid.
“It is necessary for the plaintiff to legalize her signature before a notary public or to legalize it before the specialist, requesting an appointment through the User Service Module (MAU) and submitting a document confirming that she is signing the claim”, it is stated in the document .
Last Tuesday, the Fujimori candidate announced that she presented the habeas data appeal to the Judiciary in order for ONPE to deliver the lists of people who voted in the second round with information on signatures and fingerprints.
“Habeas data charge signed by Domingo García Belaunde. It is the right of millions of Peruvians to access the list of voters at the polling station to verify all the irregularities that we have reported to the JNE ”, wrote the leader of Popular Force on his Twitter account.
The party specified that the request is that the ONPE provides a “certified copy and on CD of the electoral lists by polling station in PDF or JPG format, used at the district, provincial, regional and foreign levels, signed and used in the second presidential election 2021”.
Montesinos supported Keiko in the second round

They reject demand to annul elections
This Saturday, June 26, the Judiciary also rejected the application for amparo action against the JNE and the ONPE, presented by the lawyer Javier Villa Stein, with which they sought the nullity of the second round elections on Sunday, June 6 .
The Second Transitory Constitutional Court of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima declared inadmissible the appeal presented by Villa Stein in favor of Keiko Fujimori, who persists in an alleged fraud not recognizing the autonomy of the corresponding authorities.
