Bobby Brown explains how he dealt with the tragic loss of his ex-wife Whitney Houston and their daughter Bobbi Kristina. In a clip from a new A&E Network documentary, Brown musters up the courage to visit their graves at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey for the very first time. The 53-year-old R&B icon reveals he was always “frightened” that the two were “looking at me, looking at me”.

According to the Daily Mail, several jaw-dropping revelations surface throughout the new A&E Biography: Bobby Brown series, including the singer claiming he is communicating with Houston from beyond the grave. It details how the late singer contacted him in his dreams, telling him to unplug his daughter Bobbi’s life support after she was found unconscious in the bathtub of her Atlanta home in 2015. “Whitney came to see me in dream and (said) “let my baby go!” And that’s what I had to do,” he shared.

Reflecting on Houston’s shocking death at just 48, the former New Edition star shared, “I think we could have helped each other…I think she would still be here if we hadn’t divorced…I was not there. I fought because I was not there. I wish I could have been there for her. “

After a tumultuous relationship riddled with addiction struggles and tabloid headlines, the two filed for divorce in October 2006. In the most recent revelation after Whitney’s death, her childhood friend Robyn Crawford revealed that she and Whitney had a romantic relationship, which Brown also discusses in the new documentary.
