Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Emir of Al-Qassim called on the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing to legislate a system to remove real estate that causes visual distortion in cities.
The minister said during a dialogue session: “The problem now is that the investor builds the property or the building, then leaves it and says the tenant writes off and repairs, and this is wrong.”
He continued, “I asked the minister to give me permission if the investor left the property without finishing and caused visual distortion in the city by occupying bulldozers and demolishing it in one day. I will not leave this property.”
And he continued: “The state spends billions to treat visual distortion, then a person comes who has no economic feasibility for the project he is building, then he stops me a concrete block in a street and does not complete it and says that he built and no tenant came to him.”
He concluded: “I am what is my fault it stop and lose or what I examined your case.”
