The ANAP, the DGOS and the CNSA are jointly launching a call for expressions of interest in order to finance more than a hundred positions for energy and ecological transition advisers in health.

The search for energy efficiency and ecological transition of health and medico-social establishments is essential to initiate a dynamic and to develop the actors in terms of sustainable development. The implementation of this policy is a major and strategic ambition of Ségur de la Santé.

The Directorate General of Health ( DGOS ) and the Caisse Nationale Solidarité Autonomie (CNSA) will thus grant up to € 10M in financial aid over the next 4 years (from 2021-2024) to support the deployment of a network of Energy and Ecological Transition Advisors in health (CTEES) and coordinators in the territories. These professionals, once recruited, will benefit from the support of ANAP.

What is it about ?

This call for expressions of interest (AMI) is aimed at 35,000 health establishments and medico-social structures present on French territory. It will create up to 150 full-time equivalents (FTE). Responding to this AMI means submitting an application file to obtain funding for the positions of advisers or coordinators in energy and ecological transition.

  • The application files must guarantee that a wide perimeter is included in the field of action of the adviser, and that it covers all the health and medico-social sectors, which can be extended to private structures (non-profit and profit-making). ).
  • Respondents must undertake to find establishments that meet all of these statuses within their scope.
