ETERNAL FREQUENCY – neue Single “Breathe In, Breathe Out”

Lancaster, PA based hard rock band ETERNAL FREQUENCY has released their new single “Breathe In, Breathe Out” targeting anxiety/depression/suicidal awareness. The band had their fans submit videos of themselves singing along to the track and sharing their powerful, deeply personal stories.

“Breathe In, Breathe Out” is our twelfth studio single exploring the effects of anxiety and depression. We wrote this at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic when these feelings were at an all-time high. None of us knew what the future held for us. Depression and anxiety are very real problems. We all fight them to some degree, every single day of our lives. During the pandemic, many of us have had to face it all. Some of us grew stronger and were able to rise from the rubble. Unfortunately we weren’t so lucky and fell victim to the challenging times. We hope this song can become an anthem of hope, bringing peace and escapism to those who need it most, while also dedicating it to those who have lost their battle. We hear you. We’re here for you.” – ETERNAL FREQUENCY
