Even his own wife found the man who killed President Kennedy guilty – but what came next, no one expected

On November 22, 1963, President John F. Kennedy was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald, who even his wife pleaded guilty to. But maybe it’s not what’s really shocking, but what happened afterwards!

How did Marina Oswald meet her husband?

Marina Oswald Porter was born Marina Nikolayevna Prusakova on July 17, 1941, in the Soviet Union. In 1957, as a teenager, he moved to Minsk, where he studied at a pharmacy. A few years later, in March 1961, at a dance party, she met Lee Harvey Oswald, then a US Marine who had defected to the Soviet Union because he supported communism. The couple hit it off immediately and were married six weeks later.

In February 1962, Marina gave birth to a daughter, who was named June. Four months later, the Oswald family moved back to the United States, where they lived in Fort Worth, Texas. Early in their relationship, Marina realized that her husband had a dark side.

In April 1963, Oswald told his wife that he had tried to kill General Edwin Walker, a famous anti-communist and white supremacist. In the fall, they moved to the Dallas area, and on October 20, 1963, Marina gave birth to their second daughter.
