Firefighters fight runaway fire in California

In the middle of the night and in record time, firefighters fight a fire that broke out at dawn in a Santa Barbara neighborhood in California. The flames move uncontrollably and in just a few hours almost ten hectares of green forest have been mercilessly devoured by fire. But the worst thing is the proximity of the fire to the houses. The idyllic landscape of this area has turned into a true hell. The owners of the houses closest to the fire have had to be evicted in a hurry. The wind also works against the extinction work, pushing the flames towards the residential part. Finally, the firefighters manage to control the active sources. The mismanagement of forest areas and especially climate change have caused the number of fires in California to increase almost exponentially in recent years.
