Pressure cookers have been around for decades. Your grandma might have had one (mine just learned it!). Nowadays, Instant Pot is the brand that stands for pressure cookers, which are also referred to as multi-cookers, as they have – you guessed it – several cooking functions. Unlike the pressure cookers of yesteryear, the instant pot and many of its cousins ​​are electric, which means they are becoming more accessible and user-friendly.
