Freiburg: Successful junior employees of the Sparkasse Freiburg-Nördlicher Breisgau – chairman of the board and those responsible for training congratulated on very positive examination results

In mid-October, CEO Marcel Thimm and those responsible for training Roman Ringwald and Stella Sereno celebrated the final exams of July 2021 with the Sparkasse junior staff.
Once again, the very positive test results could be congratulated. The Sparkasse trainers were also very satisfied with the practical performance of the bankers with additional qualifications in financial management. After completing their apprenticeship, the junior staff accepted the Sparkasse’s open-ended takeover offer as an employee and are active in customer care and advice.

In addition to above-average practical performance, Florian Zäh from Emmendingen achieved the best result with 88 out of 100 possible points.
“Our first-class training continues to have a very high priority in our Sparkasse. If they perform well, all of our junior staff have very good chances of being taken on by a permanent employee contract and very good career opportunities, ”emphasized Marcel Thimm.

For the start of training on September 1, 2022, the Sparkasse is also looking for market-oriented young professionals for the training courses bank clerks, financial assistants and for studying at the dual university. The minimum school requirement is the secondary school leaving certificate. You should apply by June 2022 at www.sparkasse-freiburg / career area.
