THE NORTH IN GOLD AND SILVER

The Northerners shine on the 2023 French track championships disputed at the Stab Vélodrome in Roubaix. After the raid by the Cofidis team the day before with four medals, it was the other northern team, GO Sport-Roubaix Lille Métropole, which was at the forefront of this third day by winning three new medals (one in Gold and two in Silver). Another northerner, Mathilde Gros won her fifth national individual speed title.

Valentin Tabellion and Thomas Boudat sign the double in the Omnium

This third day of the French track championships had a northern accent. Among the women, the Northerner Mathilde Gros honored her title of world champion by easily winning a 5th national crown in the individual sprint. In the ranks of the boys, we saw in the Omnium pink-white-black with the double of Valentin Tabellion (1st) and Thomas Boudat (2nd). In the KM, Tom Derache takes a nice 2nd place synonymous with the Silver medal. For the Roubaix team, these three new medals are in addition to the three others won since the start of the French track championships on Wednesday.
