The health pass consists of the digital or paper presentation of health proof of your choice among the following three: a vaccination certificate, on condition that people have a complete vaccination schedule (7 days after the second injection); a negative RT-PCR or antigen test certificate of less than 48 hours; the result of a positive RT-PCR or antigen test attesting to recovery from Covid-19, dating at least 11 days and less than 6 months.
People who have made a reservation before July 13 for a visit to the Château d’Angers after July 21, 2021 and who do not have a health pass can submit a request for reimbursement (only by email). For e-tickets: [email protected], specifying the following information: purchase date, purchase amount, email address entered during purchase. For tickets purchased at the cash desk: [email protected], specifying the following information: date of purchase, amount purchased, tickets attached to the request email. For visitors who have purchased a ticket from a tourism professional, they must contact this reseller.
