GARD New training courses on real estate professions

Created in 2004 by the FNAIM (National Federation of Real Estate), the first community of real estate professionals, the ESI has become in 15 years the benchmark for training in real estate professions. On June 9, Éric Giraudier, president of the CCI, signed with Jean-Marc Torrollion, president of the professional union FNAIM and president of the ESI, a new agreement to jointly deploy in the department a set of specialized training courses in real estate .

Purple Campus, training center of the CCI Occitanie, will provide professional certifications (COP) from 2022 for current employees and people in professional retraining. The objective will be the development of skills in areas of expertise: transaction, rental management and syndicate of co-ownership.

“We are thus expanding the local offer”

“I am delighted with this partnership, which will make it possible to respond to the changing needs of the real estate professions in terms of training. We are thus expanding the local offer and promoting skills development in the region and beyond”, says Éric Giraudier. A win-win opportunity, which allows both the CCI Occitanie and the CCI Gard, the FNAIM and the ESI to accompany and support the qualifications of professionals in the area.

This partnership paves the way for future projects in higher education with other CCI schools, such as the CCI Gard Campus. “I am delighted with this opening of a school for real estate trades in our department, alone in Occitania. I would like to thank the CCI Gard, represented by Éric Giraudier, which immediately took stock of the needs of our professionalsconcludes Sarah Galibert, director of the real estate agency L’Agence, in Nîmes. This project, led by Romain Tissot and the FNAIM Gard-Lozère chamber, will respond to the problem of recruitment and skills development for our members. »
