The purpose of the Site is to present and make accessible to any interested person information relating to the activities of the Fondation d’entreprise Hermès, including the various programs deployed by the latter (Exhibitions, Artist residencies, Manufacto and Académie know-how, etc.), as well as the values and projects that drive the operation of the Foundation.

The Site’s confidentiality policy governs the use of personal information that you agree to communicate to the Fondation d’entreprise Hermès on the Site.

The Fondation d’entreprise Hermès reserves the right to request and obtain injunctions or orders for the defense of its rights under the terms hereof.
