Passed away at Extendicare Nursing Home, Port Hope on Thursday August 11, 2022. George in his 95th year. Beloved husband of the late Marjorie Sutton. Dear father of Deborah Watson (Larry Austin), David Watson (Tammy) and Shelley Watson – Sheppard (Robert). Loving grandfather to Benjamin Austin (Stephanie), Shannon Forer (Aaron) and Sarah Swersky (Kevin), Hunter and Race Watson, Dillon Sheppard (Sophia), Mitchell and Nicholas Sheppard. Great-grandfather of Kenton, Mackenna, Tessa and Theodore Austin, Kaiden and Riley Forer. Brother of the late Helen Fulford, Dorothy Rowlison and Jean Blignault. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street, Port Hope, Sunday August 28, 2022, from 12 noon until time of Funeral Service at 1 p.m. A reception to follow at The Port, 15 Cavan Street, Port Hope.
