The company intends to install a wind farm of up to 600 megawatts (MW) off Viana do Castelo, with an investment that could amount to 2 billion of euros. But the inability of the Portuguese State to give a guarantee that the project can go ahead is leaving the Germans on the verge of a nervous breakdown… and giving up on the idea.
