German rappers are committed to helping those affected by the flood disaster

The flood disaster, which particularly affected Rhineland-Palatinate and North Rhine-Westphalia, has so far killed over 160 people and many are still missing. In addition, the livelihoods of many were completely destroyed. Now some rappers are calling on Instagram to donate and are setting a good example.

Eko Fresh and his wife lend a hand

While Capital Bra publicized the destructive power of the water masses on its Instagram account, Kontra K and Mois announced in their stories that they would be sending donations in kind to the areas. In doing so, Kontra K emphasizes not only sending out “large loads” of clothes and drinking water, his shop is also calling for a fundraising campaign:

Our donation day will take place on Sunday, July 25th, 2021! All proceeds of this day will be donated to the victims of the flood disaster! You can get a tattoo, or you can just drop by and make a small donation. No matter who comes, we look forward to seeing you! Every help counts

Rapper Eko Fresh decided, in addition to an appeal to become a helper, even together with his wife Sarah Bora and the music video director Daniel Zlotin, to be there directly and to help clean up there.

Fler also shared information about a donation account on his social media account, while Xatar used his own foundation to collect donations. And Manuellsen, the 257ers, Milonair and PA Sports also called for donations to help those affected by the flood damage.
