Team Leader Back Office Credit (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the team
• You will manage and coordinate all back office work in the lending business with private and corporate customers
• You ensure smooth and lean credit processes, taking into account a risk-oriented credit organization, and independently initiate the constant optimization and further development of the credit processes
• As an internal service provider, you support the market areas with your specialist knowledge, ensure a high level of service quality and actively promote the idea of ​​cooperation
• You will work in a solution-oriented manner with the market department
• As a member of the second management level, you will get involved in strategic issues

Your skills

• Completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) and possibly other function-related qualifications in the lending business
• several years of professional experience in qualified loan processing
• ideally you know the cooperative financial network from your own professional experience
• Pronounced risk orientation, a strategic view of interrelationships in the company as a whole and self-image as a manager
• You are characterized by a precise, structured and result-oriented way of working and you have very good analytical skills
• As a cooperative leader, you are convincing, assertive, able to win people over and get them excited about new things
• A pronounced willingness to make decisions and a high sense of responsibility round off your profile
